We will send you a confirmation email regarding your taxi booking. Please review it carefully and notify us if any details are incorrect. Ensure you provide all necessary information, such as flight number and contact details. If you don’t see our email, please check your SPAM folder as it may have been caught by a filter.

Our driver will be waiting for you in the airport arrival hall, just outside the baggage claim area, holding a sign with your name on it. At Chania Airport, there is only one exit gate. At Heraklion Airport, there are two arrival gates located about 15 meters apart—our driver will be stationed at a clearly visible point.

Typically, we schedule transfers to arrive at the airport 2 hours before departure. Most airlines open check-in 2 hours prior to takeoff and close it 40–45 minutes before the flight.

There is no need to call us, as we monitor flight arrival times in real-time. Rest assured that your driver will be there waiting for you when you land. There are no extra charges for flight delays or changes in arrival time.

Yes. Our prices are fixed and based on your initial booking. There are no hidden fees or extra charges; you will pay exactly the amount agreed upon from the start.

We offer two payment methods: cash or credit/debit card. You can pay the driver directly upon reaching your destination.

Note: We recommend turning on your mobile phone as soon as you land.

You can request a child seat through our booking form at no extra charge. Please make sure to specify the child's age.

Yes, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.

Once you submit your request through our online system, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the address provided. If you haven't received it, the booking may not be complete.
